East House, High Street, Broadway

East House is a stunning Cotswold stone country house, which was built in 1759. Nestled in its own beautiful grounds, the property commands magnificent views of the surrounding countryside and enjoys an unrivalled setting at the top of the famous upper High Street. It is perfectly located as it is quiet and peaceful, yet only a few minutes walk to all the amenities for which Broadway is renowned - restaurants, pubs, tearooms, antique shops, boutiques, galleries, delicatessens and so much more. The surrounding countryside offers miles of breathtaking walks which can be punctuated by breaks in delightful country pubs.

At East House we aim to offer our guests every luxury combined with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. You will be met with the offer of complimentary champagne in one of our lounges, with its roaring log fire and wood panelled staircase. There is a further lounge in which to relax, with the original wooden beamed ceiling and views over the pond and to the garden beyond, and a baby grand piano, which plays itself - unless of course you have a desire to take to the keyboard yourself! Sumptuous breakfasts are served in the intimate wood panelled dining room, using the finest locally sourced produce.

At the end of your day's adventures bathe in our divine Bulgari bathroom products, envelop yourself in the softest of towels and bathrobes and then slink into the finest of bed linen. All of our rooms are exquisitely furnished so that we can ensure that your day begins and ends in style. If romance hasn't transported you to another world.........we have TVs, DVD players, iPod docking stations and unlimited WiFi in all rooms.

The Jacobean Suite has an Emperor sized hand carved four poster bed, dressed with the finest of bed linen. The bathroom has a burnished gold claw foot bath and a separate shower enclosure. This beautiful suite overlooks the garden and has the finest of furnishings - all carefully chosen to enhance the pleasure of your stay. Perfect if you wish to indulge in the escapism of a romantic break.
The cost of this suite is £195 per night, inclusive of full English breakfast.

The Georgian room has a King Sized antique brass bed, with canopy, and a beautiful en-suite bathroom. Luxurious Bulgari bathroom products, complimentary aperitifs and tea and coffee making facilities are all waiting to be enjoyed.
The cost of this room is £145 per night, inclusive of full English breakfast.

There is free on site parking. In order to preserve the ambience we have created we regret that we do not accept children under 12 years of age or pets. This is a No Smoking property, although there is a folly in the garden which smokers are welcome to use.

Maiden's Row, Leysbourne, Chipping Campden

Maiden's Row is a beautiful Grade II listed building which enjoys a glorious position on Chipping Campden's famous High Street. The rear of the property was originally a Jacobean cottage which was extended in the 18th Century to form a home for the family of a wealthy merchant. With large sash windows and high ceilings the property offers light and airy accommodation which has been sympathetically updated to provide an exceptionally high quality home. An ancient stone building, which forms the rear boundary of the garden, and was originally used as a donkey shed, has been converted into a gym.

Three double bedrooms with King size beds, top quality mattresses, luxurious bed linen and pillows. Fully equipped bespoke kitchen with large butcher's block. Dining room with silk wallpaper and walnut dining table seating 8. Breakfast room with William IV antique dining table. Bathroom with claw foot bath and underfloor heating, further bathroom with large power shower, downstairs cloakroom. Gym with Tunturi treadmill, Water Rower and Power Plate. Beautiful walled garden on 3 levels, with large marble table occupying a sunny position on the middle level. Weber gas BBQ. Flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo with iPod capability.
There is unrestricted, free on street parking. Children are welcome, but we regret that we do not accept pets. This is a No Smoking property.
