Nestled in its own beautiful grounds, the property commands magnificent views of the surrounding countryside and enjoys an unrivalled setting at the top of the famous upper High Street. It is perfectly located as it is quiet and peaceful, yet only a few minutes walk to all the amenities for which Broadway is renowned - restaurants, pubs, tearooms, antique shops, boutiques, galleries, delicatessens and so much more. The surrounding countryside offers miles of breathtaking walks which can be punctuated by breaks in delightful country pubs.

At East House we aim to offer our guests every luxury combined with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. You will be met with the offer of complimentary champagne in one of our lounges, with its roaring log fire and wood panelled staircase. There is a further lounge in which to relax, with the original wooden beamed ceiling and views over the pond and to the garden beyond, and a baby grand piano, which plays itself - unless of course you have a desire to take to the keyboard yourself! Sumptuous breakfasts are served in the intimate wood panelled dining room, using the finest locally sourced produce.

At the end of your day's adventures bathe in our divine Bulgari bathroom products, envelop yourself in the softest of towels and bathrobes and then slink into the finest of bed linen. All of our rooms are exquisitely furnished so that we can ensure that your day begins and ends in style. If romance hasn't transported you to another world.........we have TVs, DVD players, iPod docking stations and unlimited WiFi in all rooms.

The Jacobean Suite has an Emperor sized hand carved four poster bed, dressed with the finest of bed linen. The bathroom has a burnished gold claw foot bath and a separate shower enclosure. This beautiful suite overlooks the garden and has the finest of furnishings - all carefully chosen to enhance the pleasure of your stay. Perfect if you wish to indulge in the escapism of a romantic break.
The cost of this suite is £195 per night, inclusive of full English breakfast.

The beautiful Georgian room has a King sized bed dressed in duck egg blue and gold silk. There is an en-suite bathroom with an original Georgian double sink vanity stand and a bath with a ceiling rose shower over. Bulgari bathroom accessories are provided, as are tea and coffee facilities and complimentary aperitifs. Relax with champagne on arrival.
The cost of this room is £165 per night, inclusive of full English breakfast.

The stunning Spencer Suite is located at the top of the house and offers total privacy. The bedroom has a Super King Size bed and is furnished with antiques. The limestone bathroom has an oval shaped Castello stone bath and a large walk in shower. There is mood lighting and a champagne fridge to ensure a romantic stay! Bulgari accessories, complimentary aperitifs and tea and coffee making facilities are provided. The cost of this suite is £195 per night, inclusive of full English breakfast.

The luxurious Edwardian room has a King sized bed, dressed with the finest of bed linen, and a beautiful handmade headboard. The bathroom has underfloor heating and a large walk in limestone shower, together with a heated seating bench. Bulgari bathroom products are provided. There are glorious views down into Broadway and to the hills beyond. Enjoy complimentary aperitifs in your room and complimentary champagne on arrival. The cost of this room is £165 per night, inclusive of full English breakfast.

There is free on site parking. In order to preserve the ambience we have created we regret that we do not accept children under 18 years of age or pets. This is a No Smoking property, although there is a folly in the garden which smokers are welcome to use.
